In remarks to Al-Hekaya program on MBC Masr, Zayed said AstraZeneca allows access to information about its vaccine and has transparency. Zayed added that Egypt met with officials from Johnson & Johnson and will register its vaccine in Egypt soon. Egypt already has 50,000 AstraZeneca vaccine doses and is expected to receive millions of doses of this vaccine over the coming three months. Egypt received on Saturday morning received 300,000 Sinopharm coronavirus vaccine doses as a gift from China.
