Tarique Rahman said the family card would primarily be issued in the name of the female head of the household. During the program, Tarique Rahman listened to the views of the youth and provided them with various guidelines. After the view exchange meeting, Tarique Rahman joined an election rally at the field of Sylhet Government Alia Madrasa.
