DHAKA, March 27, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh face strong India in their ultimategroup B match to decide the group champions in the SAFF U-20 Championshipscheduled to be held at National Football Stadium in capital Mal,, Maldivestomorrow (Saturday). Bangladesh have confirmed their last four spot of the Championship afterIndia registered an overwhelming 3-0 victory over Pakistan in their openinggroup stage, a result that ensured both India and Bangladesh progress to thesemifinals. Pakistan, meanwhile, were eliminated after suffering back-to-backdefeats in the group stage. Bangladesh in their group opening match defeated Pakistan by 2-goals,courtesy of brace by USA-based striker Ronan Sullivan. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semifinals to be heldon April 1 while the final of the tournament is slated for April 3 at thesame venue.
