LACONIA —Ten people have been indicted on various theft charges in the latest grand jury session in Belknap County Superior Court. Jameson Brisendine, 22, of 85 Winnisquam Ave., in Laconia, was indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property — a platinum diamond ring. Tracy Carter, 36, of 366 Main St., in Farmington, was indicted on a charge of theft (by unauthorized taking), for alleged taking merchandise at the Hannaford supermarket in Alton. Jacob Deveno, 42, of 21 Chestnut St., in Franklin, was indicted on a charge of theft (by unauthorized taking) of a toy from Hobby Lobby. The indictment states Deveno has previously been convicted on charges of receiving stolen property, theft of property or services, and theft (by unauthorized taking).
