The governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahya Bello on Monday named 15 commissioner designates as he was sworn in as Kogi State governor for the second term. Governor Bello who disclosed this during his inauguration which for the first time took place in Lugard House, Lokoja was sworn in by the Chief Judge of Kogi State, Justice Nasiru Ajanah. “By the grace of God, the oath of office I have just taken is a pact to do right by all citizens as the 4th Executive Governor of Kogi State. Governor Bello also promised to build the nation’s largest ethanol plant in Kogi State for the production of ethanol fuel from cassava as this will and further expand the use of green fuels in Nigeria given that climate. Everyone is my citizen and I owe everyone the protections and fidelities inherent in the office.
