RCMP are investigating after two men were found dead at a landfill near the town of Ponteix, Sask. Officers located the two dead men. The dumpsite is about six kilometres east of the town, which is 276 kilometres southwest of Regina. Police said because the investigation is in the preliminary stages, there is nothing further that can be disclosed. Police said they went to the site at around 3:45 p.m. on July 7 after receiving a call about two possible deaths at the dump.
