The British and Irish Lions are leaving no stone unturned ahead of their tour of New Zealand in June/July, with contingency planning taking in the possibility of being caught in an earthquake. The Telegraph said the Lions had consulted with New Zealand Rugby, the police and local authorities as part of their planning. The newspaper also reported that security company Veritas would provide protection for the Lions while on tour in New Zealand. The New Zealand Rugby Union (NZR) are unfazed at the Lions' Wellington hotel switch.
