A British woman has been arrested on the Costa del Sol after her eight-month-old baby tested positive for cocaine. The baby was transferred to Costa del Sol Hospital near Marbella after first being seen at Las Albarizas Health Centre. Doctors found the boy was underweight for his age and a urine test returned positive for cocaine. His mother was identified as a 25-year-old British woman and her partner as a 43-year-old Spanish man.
