A group of people in an SUV drove into a crowd of police and military on Monday night in Buffalo, injuring at least two officers as anti-racism protests swell across the United States, NBC New York reports. NBC New York reported that just before the vehicle plowed through the crowd, a line of police officers rushed to tackle a man who was giving an interview to a cameraman. The cluster of police rushed and tackled the interviewee, while officers whacked their batons at protesters to make them disperse. Moments later, police officers help pull two apparently injured officers up from the sidewalk. A third person who was also in the SUV was taken into custody.
