At the recent CA World event, CA Technologies chief excutive Mike Gregoire predicted that successful companies of the future will be “built to change” by putting software at the centre of everything they do. “Built to change” companies remove friction at every level, are focused on outcomes rather than processes, and practise agile development and lean investment principles, he said. They optimise the customer journey from product design through the entire customer experience, Gregoire said.
