As per the new policy, around 50% of the CBSE Syllabus will be assessed in Term 1 and the remaining 50% CBSE syllabus will be assessed in Term 2. The CBSE second term exam will be conducted in March-April 2022 and is likely to be a two-hour exam with various question formats. This is done to increase the probability of having a Board conducted classes X and XII examinations at the end of the academic session. Term II Examination/ Year-end Examination:- CBSE will conduct Term II or Yearend Examination based on the rationalized syllabus of Term II only (i.e. - Marks of the Term II Examination would contribute to the final overall score.
