LISTED Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) aims to generate P900 million in revenues from its recently launched residential project in Dauis town, Bohol province. In a disclosure on Tuesday, the Cebu-headquartered property developer said the 204-unit Velmiro Greens Bohol would offer townhouse and single-detached units measuring 60 to 100 square meters and was set to be completed by 2023. The development is the fourth under the Velmiro brand, which targets the mid-market segment, which made up 37 percent of CLI sales last year. The first three are in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Bacolod. CLI shares rose by 10 centavos or 2.23 percent to end at P4.59 each on Tuesday.
