The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) says its online systems have gone down, and it isn't saying when they will be back. The agency has apologized in a tweet for the cut in services Monday morning, saying officials are looking into the "technical issues." Due to technical issues, our online systems are currently down. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to get them back online quickly. Other services, including changing personal info and NETFILE, the system where users can actually file their taxes online, are unavailable.
