(Photo: CSD)A taxi driver wanted for the alleged detention and forcible rape of a woman in Bangkok’s Bung Kum district has been arrested nearly three years later. Crime Suppression Division police apprehended Chaiyot Pantaeng, 42, at Prasit Nanukit intersection in Navamin area of Bung Kum district on Tuesday. Mr Chaiyot, a taxi driver, was wanted on a warrant issued by the Criminal Court on Sept 27, 2017 on charges of illegally detaining and forcibly raping a person not in a position to resist.
