Faye and Aaron Cummins have become the ‘proud’ new owners of the Bury Old Road coffee shop, Moonbeam, which is around a three-minute drive away from their tapas bar, Campo Blanco. Aaron joked that regular Moonbeam customers do not need to worry about the changes because the popular 'Turkish Eggs' are staying and the Shakshuka is back. Aaron added: “There’s a lot to learn so please bear with us whilst we find out feet but we’re loving it so far, it compliments Campo Blanco well because Moonbeam is morning and afternoons and Campo is lunch and evening. Read more: The love story behind tapas bar Campo Blanco, WhitefieldFaye and Aaron met as teenagers at St Monica’s RC High School in Prestwich and after leaving school, Aaron worked as a bartender at TGI Fridays in Prestwich, where Faye was a waitress. They now run Moonbeam and the Moss Lane restaurant Campo Blanco, aptly named as it means Whitefield in Spanish.
