To avail of these benefits, many people have not only one, but several credit cards at their disposal which brings the question, can having more cards deteriorate one's credit score? The answer to this is that people who have multiple credit cards may or may not ruin their credit score. Suppose you have a credit card whose limit is Rs 1 lakh and you are using the full limit, then your credit score will be very low. Avoid having more credit cards if you don't use need them.Use credit cards only when necessary.
