Lam Yeuk-hei, the younger son of Chief Executive Carrie Lam Yuet-ngor, who was studying at Harvard University, has returned to Hong Kong ahead of sanctions being imposed on Carrie Lam and 10 Hong Kong and mainland officials, a report says. Lam Yeuk-hei, who had been doing doctoratal studies at Harvard had not been contactable for several days at end July, FactWire reported. He had told roommates he returned to Hong Kong for a ''family emergency.'' The Office of the Chief Executive had not responded to FactWire enquiries about his whereabouts.
