QNATripoli: The Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, HE Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi met with Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya, HE Dr. Khalid Mohammed bin Zaben Al Dosari. During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the two countries.
