He said both the countries had reiterated their firm commitment for cooperation on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He said both Pakistan and China could learn, stand and care for each other, adding, China stood for peace and shared prosperity. He was appreciative of the strong support of China to Pakistan on issues of vital importance and added that Pakistan too stood by the One China policy. The guests were entertained to a musical evening, interspersed with traditional Chinese dances and lilting music, in the lawns of the embassy, decorated with lights. Traditional Chinese cuisines were served.
