Cascades Golf Course is expanding its green space. While the replacement of the fairways got a lot of attention, Cascade's improvement of its greens by new course superintendent James Richardson and his staff also did not go unnoticed by the players. "We are trying to enlarge the greens back to the way they used to be years and years ago," Cascades director of golf, Aaron Craig, said. "A lot of the greens on the original golf course we're expanding by a foot to almost four to five feet. In the way parents don't see their child's growth on a daily basis, Cascades greens slowly began shrinking centimeters each year because of the way they were cut.
