Club GAA: Ballygunner set up All-Ireland senior hurling final against Loughrea

Colm Keys reports on Ballygunner's victory over St.Martin's with more to follow:Ballygunner are through to only a second All-Ireland senior hurling club final after easing to a semi-final win over Wexford's St Martin's in FBD Semple Stadium. But a 0-19 to 0-10 win looked most unlikely at half-time when the six-time Munster champions trailed by 0-6 to 0-4. St Martin's made it a battle and Ballygunner struggled to bring any fluency to their game. The exception was Dessie Hutchinson who scored three first half points and then added another four after the break to bring his club championship (Munster and All-Ireland) tally to 2-20 in four games. Both sides had brilliant defensive moments and for St Martin's Eoin O'Leary was outstanding while Joe Barrett got upfield to score three points.
