Comarch, Hatif Libya and Makman Technology Consulting have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) defining the next phase of their strategic cooperation in the area of Autonomous Networks. The memorandum was signed at Comarch headquarters in Kraków by Marcin Kaleta, CEO of the Telecommunication Division at Comarch, Ahmad Jaafar, CEO of Hatif Libya, and Zackaria Farhat, Vice President at Makman Technology Consulting. The agreement builds on the previously validated value of Comarch’s solutions in Hatif’s operational environment, following successful cooperation on Zero-Touch and network automation. The roadmap addresses both operational efficiency and future service innovation, supporting a structured evolution toward fully autonomous network operations.
