A slip on State Highway 2 is causing major delays for rush-hour commuters and a back-up of traffic between Lower Hutt and Wellington. The slip closed both lanes on SH2 this afternoon between the Ngauranga interchange and Petone offramp, but one lane reopened at 4.05pm.
