South Taranaki towns getting revamp from pilot fund


The speed of traffic along Eltham's main shopping area is one issue to be dealt with in a trial of street 'treatments'. Two South Taranaki towns will soon be getting street improvements to reduce traffic issues and make them more vibrant places to live. Waverley and Eltham town centres are among 40 projects nationwide chosen by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) to be part of the Innovating Streets for People pilot fund.
