An article on Friday about universities that cannot require vaccinations because of state restrictions misstated the coronavirus positivity rate last year at Cleveland State University. Because of an editing error, the article also misspelled the given name of the governor of Texas. It is the Tenant Safe Harbor Act, not the Tenant Safety Harbor Act. A headline with an article on Aug. 10 about the release from prison of two men who were wrongly convicted three decades ago misstated the reasons for their release. A picture caption with the article also misstated which of the men was exonerated.
