Meanwhile, the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) on Friday cancelled scheduled examinations amid a sharp increase in coronavirus cases. The number of coronavirus cases in Karachi is rapidly increasing and the people are frequently found violating the SOPs. “We have reported 1,276 Covid-19 cases in the province during the last 24 hours,” said Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in a statement on routine Covid-19 cases in the province. Shallwani allowed the marriage halls in the city to operate under a fresh guideline aimed at the implementation of strict Covid-19 SOPs.
