US forward Crystal Dunn, 33, has called time on her professional career after more than a decade at the top of women's football. The former Chelsea star was part of the American team that won the World Cup in 2019, beating England in the semi-finals. She went on to become Olympic champion at Paris 2024 and in total made 160 appearances for her country, scoring 25 times. Dunn was selected first overall by Washington Spirit in the American college draft in 2014 before joining Chelsea in 2017. A year ago, she moved to Paris St-Germain and helped them finish runners-up to Lyon in the French top flight.
