Andrew Cuomo on Thursday took a swipe at Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, saying crime in the city is "a problem," and "everybody has a sense that crime is worse." "We have a problem in New York City when it comes to crime. That is fact," Cuomo said during a Thursday press conference, citing a statistic that said New York City "shootings with victims" were up 103%. The crime problem doesn't get better on it's own. New York City has recorded more than 450,000 positive cases and more than 32,600 deaths.
