Stephen Curry's versatility means the Cavaliers defence can never rest when he's on the floor. For all the sublime abilities of his Golden State Warriors teammates, such as Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, the Cleveland Cavaliers are fully aware of what Curry represents. In the three Warriors wins so far, Curry has averaged almost 29 points, shot nearly 50 per cent from three-point range and engineered a dynamic Golden State offence. If he can do it Monday, he will lead Golden State to its second NBA championship in three years. If Curry can force the issue, and if Golden State gets some stops and has its transition game going, everything just seems more normal for them.
