There are actually more instances of freezing temperatures on the maps close by than earlier. This is of course good news if you don’t want freezing rain. 2/10: Cold rain showers, some wintry mix and a chance for iciness. The big question of the forecast is how far south freezing temperatures get and exactly what is falling from the sky. There’s a chance that some of this is still freezing rain well north of the city.
