Kurigram Deputy Commissioner Rezaul Karim handed over the charges to Eeti, daughter of Yunus Ali of Harikesh village in Kurigram municipality, on Monday morning. A private organization, Yes Bangladesh, organized the program with the help of Aporajeo Bangladesh, Youth for change and local administration.
