Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has been briefed on the outcomes of the latest African Union summit held in Addis Ababa. Acting Foreign Minister Taher Al-Baour updated Dbeibah on recommendations and decisions adopted during the summit and the 48th session of the bloc’s Executive Council. The meeting also reviewed efforts to enhance Libya’s engagement in regional and international forums, with officials saying this would strengthen the country’s role within the African Union and support its national interests.
