A Nevada death-row inmate whose execution was twice delayed over lethal injection concerns has been found dead by an apparent hanging, corrections officials said. NDOC Death row inmate Scott Dozier, 48, was found dead in his prison cell on Friday from a suspected suicide. ASSOCIATED PRESS Dozier, seen here in a Las Vegas court, had repeatedly pleaded for his death after his execution was postponed twice. ASSOCIATED PRESS Dozier had been sentenced to death in 2007 for the murders of two men. He resided at Ely State Prison, pictured, until his death on Friday.
