The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice on a plea filed by Congress MP Karti Chidambaram challenging the framing of charges against him in the alleged Chinese Visa scam case being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). A single-judge bench of Justice Manoj Jain also issued notice on Chidambaram's application seeking a stay of further proceedings.
