Matbool, 32, died after freight rickshaw rammed into him in Subhash Nagar in the wee hours of Thursday morning. The Delhi Police on Thursday have reportedly arrested the driver of the freight rickshaw that mowed down a 32-year-old man in West Delhi’s Subhash Nagar area early in the morning, according to ANI. Government has prepared an incentive scheme under which people including drivers of taxi and auto, taking road accident victims to hospital will be rewarded,” the Home Minister said. While the driver ignored the victim lying by the road, another man was seen robbing the deceased off his mobile phone.
