Vihiga Governor Wilber Ottichilo has warned his executives against laziness, saying those who fail to deliver will carry their own cross. Speaking on Thursday during the signing of performance contracts, he said those who will not meet the targets will risk being kicked out. “All of my executive officers will have to commit themselves to the performance contract that they have signed,” Ottichilo said. Ottichilo assured the executive of his maximum support to enable them to deliver and even exceed their expectations. He said performance contracts signed by the executive will act as a commitment to meeting targets in their respective departments.
