Now, according to an exclusive report by Pinkvilla, Dhadak is being turned into a franchise and it will reportedly star Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri in the lead. According to Pinkvilla, Dhadak 2 is in the making at Dharma Productions. A source close to the development revealed, "Dhadak was essentially an intense tale of love, with two protagonists fighting the society to live together. Both Siddhant and Triptii are excited to feature in a raw and intense love story. The source also revealed that an A-lister will play the role of an antagonist in Dhadak 2.
