A documentary about Chinese history - “The Century-Long March” will be premiered in February, aiming to stimulate youngsters' interest in Chinese history and improve their understanding of modern China. The project, organized by Regina Leung Tong Ching-yee, wife of former Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying is set to kick off on February 12 - the first day of the Lunar New Year, followed by a series of school and community involvement programs. The new documentary will be broadcasted cross-media, tells the story of China in the past century with a total of 100 five-minute episodes. “We will also organize a school quiz contest for all secondary school students in Hong Kong to learn about Chinese history while they can also enjoy,” said Leung.
