Grieving parents and politicians have denounced a “massacre” after more than 60 children died in a matter of hours in northern India, when oxygen supplies to a hospital were cut off because of an unpaid bill. Parents who watched their children slip away were given manual resuscitation bags by frantic medical staff when piped oxygen ran out on Thursday night.
