Recently, actor and travel vlogger Shenaz Treasury stumbled upon an interesting flavour of ice cream during her recent trip to Dubai. She came across ‘Black Diamond’, which is served in a Versace bowl at Scoopi Cafe, the world’s most expensive ice cream at Rs 60,000. According to a CNBC report cited by news organisation The Indian Express, the ‘Black Diamond’ ice cream was launched by the cafe in 2015.
