One man is dead after a shooting at a residence north of the village of Hampton Monday afternoon. The Durham police homicide unit is now investigating the incident, in an apartment on the northwest corner of Old Scugog Rd. Durham Regional Police investigate a shooting in Clarington early Monday afternoon that killed a man in his 20s. Police have not identified the man; Tudos said at the scene, police were still in the process of notifying next of kin. One other person was inside the house at the time of the shooting, but was not injured, Tudos said.
