The president also said that included in the list are senator Leila De Lima and driver, Ronnie Dayan. Just last week, the president said De Lima is involved in the Bilibid prison drugs trade and furthered alleged lover, Dayan, was the senator’s link to the syndicate. The senator constantly denied drug allegations and has firmly stood by her innocence.
