EDMONTON—Edmonton police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating two violent offenders accused of breaching their recognizance orders. Edmonton police are asking for the public’s help in locating Jared Owen Soosay, left, and Paul Egotak. In the second case, police are looking for 28-year-old Paul Egotak, wanted for two counts of breach of recognizance.
