EDMONTON—Edmonton police have charged a man in relation to an alleged attempted abduction of a 14-year-old boy after an incident on Friday led to an Amber Alert. The charges are not connected to the alleged abduction of a 14-year-old girl that led to the Amber Alert, but rather an attempted kidnapping of a 14-year-old boy on the same day. Shortly after, police say witnesses saw the accused male approach a 14-year-old girl near the school and take her phone.
