Governor Nasir El-rufai has approved the appointment of AIG Mohammed Murtala Abbass as Special Adviser, Security/Coordinator, Operation Yaki. The statement disclosed that AIG Abbass graduated in 1980 with combined honours in History and Political from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
