A man was charged with high range drink driving after he allegedly smashed into the front of a suburban home. The extraordinary incident unfolded in Baulkham Hills, in Sydney's north-west, around 11pm on Friday night. The man, 37, from Stanhope Gardens in Sydney's west, then allegedly fled the scene before police arrived. He was charged with high range drink driving, negligent driving and failing to exchange details. He will appear in Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday June 30 to answer to a raft of charges.
