Following Stormi’s first birthday which featured a Stormi Land theme park, Kylie has again hired a giant venue and filled it with rides, treats, performers and cakes. Others questioned if Kylie was punishing her young daughter by subjecting her and her friends to the nightmarish environment. “The kid won’t remember this,” declared one fan - while another scolded the expenditure was madness, for throwing a “lavish birthday party for a child who can’t even form memories yet.”
