In a post on the Ferry Boat Pattaya-Koh Larn Facebook page, members of the Pattaya-Koh Larn Ferry Club said the new flat rate would take effect from April 10. The ferry services operate several times a day from Bali Hai pier in South Pattaya to Koh Larn, about 7 kilometres off the coast of Pattaya.
