MANILA, Philippines – Classic Filipino recipes and local homegrown ingredients are being promoted in this year’s edition of the National Food Fair (NFF). Spanish-Filipino Chef Gabby Pratts stressed the importance of supporting locally produced ingredients which can be used for Filipino cuisine.
