A Chattogram court has sentenced five people to death in connection with a murder of student Fasiur Rahman Shaon 19 years ago. The verdict was delivered by Chittagong Additional District and Sessions Judge Md Ali Akkas. The court has acquitted 10 others, citing insufficient evidence.
